Matt Dineen
Corporate Controller
Matt Dineen is the Corporate Controller of Consolidated Boring, Inc., and a key member of the company’s leadership team with enterprise-wide responsibility for financial stewardship and decision support. Matt oversees financial operations across the business and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and treasury management. Matt plays a central role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making and works closely with operational leadership.
In addition to his individual responsibilities, Matt has built and developed a finance team structured to support a scaled, multi-site manufacturing operation and ensure continuity across reporting and day-to-day financial operations. With more than a decade of experience in accounting and finance, Matt has operated effectively within private equity backed organizations supporting value creation and managing ongoing relationships with lenders, auditors, and investors.
Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration, both from Salem State University.
