Justin Hill is Vice President of Business Development & Strategy, leading growth initiatives across the company’s defense manufacturing platforms. Justin oversees capture strategy, customer engagement, and long-range planning aligned with operational capacity, capital investment, and financial objectives, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Justin brings more than two decades of experience supporting U.S. defense manufacturing programs. At Faxon Machining, Justin held long-term leadership roles contributing to business growth through the capture and expansion of flagship programs. Justin supported new product introduction and concept-to-production execution across program management, operations, and business development, with customer engagement and sales integrated throughout.

Justin holds a degree in Operations Management and Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati.
