David Eldridge

David Eldridge is a senior manufacturing and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading aerospace and defense manufacturing organizations. David currently serves as General Manager of Faxon Machining, where he has full responsibility for profit and loss, operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain for a high-precision defense manufacturer.

David has a proven track record of driving scalable growth and operational excellence in highly regulated environments. Under his leadership, Faxon Machining doubled revenue in three years while significantly improving EBITDA, on-time delivery, and employee retention, supported by major capital investments, ERP modernization, and digital manufacturing initiatives. David has held prior executive roles overseeing quality, engineering, and operations at aerospace suppliers, leading lean transformations, quality system modernization, and automation efforts.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
